Qualifications:

• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Previous F&I Experience preferred
• Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process-driven environment

• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage over 300+ vehicles (new and pre-owned)
• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
• Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining customer service index (CSI)
• Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales managers and assisting the team in closing deals
• Provide training and support for the sales staff
